Abstract
Translations from Portuguese of three stories by the Brazilian writer Marina Colasanti (1937–). These include two stories from the 1979 collection Uma idéia toda azul ("Além do bastidor" and Ä primeira só") and the 1982 story “A moça tecelã" from Doze reis e a moça no labirinto do vento. The stories are set in a fantasy world resembling the European Middle Ages. They are accompanied by three black-and-white illustrations by the author from the original publication of Uma idéia toda azul.
